As of July, the IOCB Tech Foundation board has welcomed a new member, Prof. Martin Fusek from IOCB Prague and IOCB Tech. He takes over from Dr. Zuzana Kečkéšová, who stepped down at the end of June due to other work commitments.

Martin Fusek has been involved with the foundation from the very beginning as the CEO of the foundation’s founding company, IOCB Tech, and is therefore closely familiar with its goals and operations. With his extensive experience in Czech science and his expertise in technology transfer, one of the foundation’s core missions, Martin Fusek is an invaluable addition to the board.

Zuzana Kečkéšová has also been with the foundation since its start in 2022 and played an important role in its development, helping shape its mission and secure its place in the Czech scientific philanthropy landscape. We’re truly grateful for her dedicated work and personal commitment. And we’re very happy she’ll keep supporting the foundation by helping evaluate applications for the Martina Roeselová Memorial Fellowship, which she’s been closely involved with so far.
